Having worked with a variety of individuals, from those with heart disease to those training to compete at the college level on a field, court, or track, I have come to realize that we are all looking to perform optimally. Grounded in a core philosophy that accounts for you as an individual, Enrich Health focuses on fueling strategies that support your movement goals, lifestyle, and priorities, and more importantly, that give to you, rather than taking away.

Food Is Fuel

As a Sports Dietitian I recognize the important role food plays in fueling your movement to enrich your life and optimize your performance. Experience working with genetic data I have come to appreciate that we are all unique individuals, there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Using a functional and systems based approach Enrich Health accounts for the whole person and treats the cause rather than the symptoms alone.
